Simple Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase from TheVintageBin.com. If not, we have a 30-day returns policy and include a return and exchange form with each package so that you can easilly make a return or exchange.
Exchanges
We understand that it is difficult to buy clothing online, so for 30 days we will exchange items that do not fit for the same item in a different size. To make an exchange, send the item back with a note requesting the alternate size or color. No Return authorisation is needed. When we receive your return, we will contact you to arrnge payment for the shipping. Please allow three to five days for processing.
If you cannot wait to get your exchange, you can order your replacement items online and then return your original order to us noting that it is an exchange and provide your new order number and your name or customer number. We will issue a full credit (minus shipping) when we receive your return.
Returns All returns that are not for the purpose of an exchange are subject to a 15 percent restocking fee and shipping costs are not refundable. This fee helps keep our costs down for the majority of our customers who do not return items. A note explaining that it is a return and including your reference or order number will help ensure we can quickly refund your account. Please allow three to five days for return processing.
Did we Make a Mistake?
Every item is checked and double checked before it is shipped, however, we are human and sometimes errors are still made. If we made a packing error with your shipment and sent you the wrong size, color or item, we apologize and will do our best to make the situation right at no cost to you. Please contact us via e-mail at help@thevintagebin.com with details of the problem.
All Return and Exchanged Items Must be in New Condition
To qualify for a refund or exchange, clothing and accessories, including footwear, must be in unworn, new condition with the labels attached. If you soil it or launder it, or if you remove the labels or otherwise alter your item, we cannot accept a return or an exchange. Other items must also be in new, re-salable condition. To ship an item back to us, please refold and repack your item in the original packaging materials.

We recommend that you send all packages with tracking and/or insurance as we cannot be responsible for lost parcels.
PLEASE NOTE: You must include your customer number, order number and/or name when you send your item back. Without this information, we will be unable to apply your refund to your credit card.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
- All items designated "used" or "surplus" or "as is" are sold as is and cannot be returned.
- For hygienic reasons and due to federal and state laws, swimsuits and underwear -- including thermal underwear -- cannot be returned.
- Special orders and custom items cannot be returned. All clothing items size 4XL and larger and all orders of more than 4 of an identical item are considered special orders.
- Shoes and clothing must be in unworn, unlaundered, like new, re-saleable condition with the labels attached and/or in their original packaging.
Other Term and Conditions
- Returns and exchanges must be received by us within 30 days of the time that they were received by you.
- Items refused by the recipient or returned by UPS or USPS are treated as returns. International items that are refused by the recipient may be abandoned by the carrier and are not eligible for return or refund.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
